Experience in full life cycle of Recruitment (Gathering the requirements from leads, Analyzing requirements, Sourcing profiles, screening resumes, short listing candidates, scheduling the interviews, negotiating salaries with candidates).
Responsible for sourcing consultants and short-list the resumes depending on the requirements.
Submission of the profiles to the Technical Panel for short-listings.
Hands on working experience in Internet recruitment sites like Dice, Carrier Builder, Monster.
Discussing with the leads about the description and responsibilities for a job and the level of performance expectation from the candidate (expert / intermediate / senior / mid / junior, etc.)
Experience in C2C, 1099, W2
Can extract/source exact profiles which perfectly suit the requirements (Especially IT profiles).
Well versed with professional and social networking sites like LinkedIn ,Face book, twitter etc
Able to multi - task effectively.
Keeping track of candidates for future references
Have high levels of skill and motivation to hunt the talent for complex technical requirements.
Good analytical Skills with ability to learn and understand various skills.
